Spin is an indoor cycling class on a stationary bike, combining varying resistance levels and interval training. It simulates the experience of riding on flat, uphill, and downhill terrain for an intense cardio session.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit training is a full-body strength workout that alternates between stations or exercises using weights and resistance equipment. It targets multiple muscle groups to build power, improve endurance, and increase overall muscle tone in a challenging and dynamic session.​

Duration: 45min (including warm up, cool down and stretches)

SPIN & TONE

Spin and Tone combines the same cycling format as Classic Spin, but adds resistance training with resistance bands to target your upper body strength. This class offers a balanced mix of cardio and strength training, giving you a more comprehensive workout. All classes wrap up with a 10-minute stretch to help relax your muscles and improve flexibility.
